I forgot my qualified certificate login - what should I do?

If you do not remember the login for your qualified certificate, you can easily recover it. The retrieval process depends on which certificate provider you are using.

Autenti by InfoCert Certificate

Your username was sent automatically to the email address provided during the certificate issuance process.

  1. Open your email inbox.
  2. Search for the exact subject line: „Congratulations! You have activated your Autenti by InfoCert certificate”
  3. Open the email - your login is listed in the message body.

SimplySign Certificate

For the SimplySign certificate, the process is straightforward:

  • Enter your full email address (provided during certificate issuance) as your login.
