Autenti e-signature
Autenti e-signature is sufficient to meet the requirement of submitting a declaration of intent a document form within the meaning of the Civil Code, Art. 772, i.e. for the vast majority of documents functioning in Polish and European economic trade.
Qualified electronic signature
It's a form of electronic signature that meets specific technical and organisational requirements. This signature is assigned to a specific natural person or organisation and is equivalent to a handwritten signature. In practice, this means the necessity to use a qualified certificate issued by a qualified certification authority. We can sign documents that require a written form.
