What will change with the free account on Autenti?
As of July 1, 2024, users of free accounts will no longer be able to send documents for signature. All previously signed documents will remain available for viewing and downloading. The ability to send documents remains available on paid plans without changes. We are making these changes based on the Autenti Platform Regulations and changes in the scope or method of services provided.
What will happen to my previously signed documents?
All documents that have been signed on the Autenti platform will remain available for viewing and downloading. You will not lose access to your important documents.
What is the reason for these changes?
Since our founding, Autenti has aimed to make e-signatures accessible to everyone. Our mission is to provide solutions that enable companies to sign contracts remotely quickly, securely, and legally. To continue developing our platform and achieve these goals, we must adjust our pricing policy to the dynamically changing market conditions and the rising costs of maintaining and developing technology. These changes will allow us to invest in new features and provide even better service to our customers.
Will the Autenti Classic service change?
No, the Autenti Classic service remains unchanged. You will still be able to sign documents with a qualified signature without involving other signatories, even on free accounts.
Will the changes also affect private accounts?
No, the changes only apply to business user accounts. On private accounts, the ability to send up to 3 documents per month for free remains.
How can I keep the ability to send documents?
Unlimited document sending is available on Autenti's paid plans. To help you choose the right plan for your company, we have prepared a promotion on our most popular Plan PRO. Until July 31, 2024, you can purchase Plan PRO with a 20% discount. How does Plan PRO differ from the free account?
Plan PRO on the Autenti platform offers unlimited document sending, the ability to assign different roles to recipients, set signing order, and long-term archiving with a qualified timestamp. Additionally, users can organize documents into folders, use all types of signatures on one document, and send reminders to document recipients. Plan PRO also supports over 170 qualified signatures from the EU within Autenti LABS and includes an e-signature validator. Users have access to the customer support team. Will the 14-day trial period still be available?
Yes! New users will still be able to take advantage of the free 14-day trial of the PRO plan.
