How can I renew my qualified electronic signature certificate?
The ability to renew a qualified certificate depends on the provider and the validity period for which it was originally issued.
SimplySign and Autenti by InfoCert Signatures
Certificates for SimplySign and selected Autenti by InfoCert options can be renewed.
How to apply for a renewal?
- Go to our Qualified Signatures Pricing page.
- Select the option Certificate Renewal and fill out the request form.
- Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the renewal process.
Important notes regarding InfoCert:
- 1-Month (Short-term) Certificates: Cannot be renewed. Once they expire, you must purchase a new signature and complete the identity verification process again.
- 1-Year and 2-Year Certificates: Can be renewed using the standard renewal procedure.
- Multiple Certificates: You can hold two or more InfoCert certificates (including short-term ones) registered to the same personal details.

For the following signature options, renewing an existing certificate is not possible:
- mSzafir - for use on and off the Autenti platform,
- mSzafir - for use on the Autenti platform (PDF documents only),
