How does the qualified selfie signature work?

Once your organization has activated the service for issuing one-time qualified signatures to recipients, the process is simple and fully automated.

1. When signing a document, select the option "I don’t have a qualified signature and would like to obtain one."
2. Enter your personal details and the email address where a verification code will be sent.
3. After entering the code, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to begin the identity verification process on your smartphone.
4. The system will ask you to take a photo of your ID document and a selfie.
5. Advanced AI algorithms will compare your selfie with the ID and verify the authenticity of the data.
