How to sign a document with a SimplySign qualified signature?

1. Open the document

Open the email message from Autenti and click the View and sign the document button to access the secure document preview.

2. Select the signature option

Review the contents of the document, then select SimplySign Qualified Signature as your signing method.

3. Enter your authorization details

Enter the email address linked to your certificate.
Open the SimplySign mobile app, generate a one-time token, and type it on the screen.
Enter your PIN code set during certificate setup.

4. Finalize the process

Click the Sign button. The document is now successfully signed and automatically encrypted.
