How to sign a document with an mSzafir qualified signature?

Signing a document with an mSzafir qualified signature on the Autenti platform takes place entirely online. The process does not require a physical card reader or additional software installed on your computer - all you need is internet access and the mSzafir mobile app.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Select your signature provider

Open the document from the email sent by Autenti, review its content, and accept the required consents. Choose mSzafir Qualified Signature as your signing method, then click Next.

2. Go to the mSzafir portal

You will be automatically redirected to the provider's website (KIR/mSzafir) to authorize the session.

3. Authorize access to your certificate

  • Open the mSzafir mobile app on your phone and tap Generate code.

  • Enter the displayed code on your computer screen and click Continue.

  • Confirm the operation in your mobile app by tapping Confirm.

4. Authorize and sign the document

  • Review the pages of the document.

  • Generate another authorization code in the mSzafir mobile app and enter it on your screen.

  • Click Authorize and sign, then confirm the operation in the mobile app on your phone.

Done! The documents have been successfully signed, and you will be automatically redirected back to the Autenti platform.
