Multi-visualization signature is available to all Autenti users.
What is signature multi-visualization?
When sending a document for signature, you can enable an option that allows recipients to manually select the locations where their signature visualizations should appear.
Important: The legal signature is applied only once and is located under one of the visualizations. All other placed marks are graphical representations of the signature.
How to use the feature step by step
- Add a document for signing
Log in to the Autenti platform and upload your document.
- Enable the multi-visualization option
During document setup, go to the Visual representation of the signature section and select Signature in any place chosen by the recipient.
- Send the document
Recipients will be able to place their signature visualizations in their chosen locations while signing the document.
