What is Autenti e-signature?

The Autenti e-signature is a tool that enables identification of the entities sending documents electronically.

It's sufficient to meet the requirement of submitting a declaration of intent a document form within the meaning of the Civil Code, Art. 772, i.e. for the vast majority of documents functioning in Polish and European economic trade.

The document signed with the Autenti e-signature is confirmed on the platform with an advanced electronic seal verified with a qualified certificate. It ensures the authenticity of the document's origin and its integrity.
