What is Document ID?

In an email message - Open the email from Autenti containing the signature request. You will find the unique identifier in the body of the message.
On the Autenti platform - Log in to your account, go to the document list, and click on the selected item to open Document details.
In the PDF document - Download the file after completing the process. The ID is located in the footer of every page and on the Signature Card.

Important: Providing the document ID to an Autenti support specialist will significantly speed up the resolution of your inquiry.
