What is the document archive used for?

The document archive is a folder where you can place documents that have been previously signed, withdrawn or rejected. Thanks to this, you will organise your outbox and inbox and see only the documents that are important to you.

Documents in the “archive” folder can be stored for any length of time, including on the Free plan.

As long as the user has an active account on the Autenti platform, documents can be stored in the “archive” folder. Documents can also be restored from “archive” to the main menu. “Archive” is a kind of folder into which you can hide selected documents and store them there.


Autenti does not allow you to permanently delete an assigned/received document. It can only be moved to the “archive”.

You can permanently delete draft versions of documents that have not yet been sent to anyone.
