The document initialing feature is available to any sender with an active subscription to one of the following plans:
- eSign PRO
- eSign PREMIUM

No. The requirement for a PRO or PREMIUM plan applies solely to the sender creating and dispatching the document. Recipients can add their initials free of charge without needing a paid license. - Is this feature available on the Free or lower entry-level plans?
No, the initialing feature is not supported on Free or basic tiers. To access this feature, you must upgrade your account to eSign PRO or eSign PREMIUM.
