Can I submit a financial statement to the Head of KAS signed with an Autenti by InfoCert qualified signature?

Yes. You can submit your financial statement to the Head of KAS using an Autenti by InfoCert signature. To do this, sign your prepared XML file on the Autenti platform using the Autenti Classic tool.

The platform will automatically generate the file in the XAdES format required by government systems.

How to sign a financial statement using Autenti Classic step-by-step?

  1. Log in to your Autenti platform account.
  2. Select Autenti Classic from the menu on the left side.
  3. Upload the XML file containing your financial statement from your computer.
  4. Choose the desired file action and click Go to signature.
  5. Select Autenti by InfoCert as your qualified signature provider, check the required consents, and click Next.
  6. Log in to InfoCert using your certificate username (sent via email during certificate issuance) and click Next.
  7. Enter the one-time SMS code sent to your mobile phone and click Next.
  8. Enter your PIN code (created during certificate issuance) and click Sign.
  9. Download the signed file to your computer.

How to submit the signed financial statement to KAS?

  1. Go to the official e-Sprawozdania government portal.
  2. Upload the signed file you downloaded from Autenti Classic.
  3. Follow the instructions on the government portal to complete the submission.
