Use the role and signature type that you use most often.
This feature allows users to set their default role and signature type, which they use most frequently during the document signing process.
Users can choose one of the following roles:
- Signatory
- Initialing
- For inspection
- Reviewer (available for PREMIUM users)
And one of the following signature types:
- Autenti e-signature
- Advanced Autenti e-signature
- Qualified signature
Once the default role and signature type are set, they will be remembered and automatically appear as the default for each subsequent document assignment on the Autenti platform.
These default settings can be changed at any time.
