How can I add a user who already has an Autenti account to my corporate account?
If the user already has an account on the Autenti platform, unfortunately it's not possible to add them to your corporate account.
To add such a user to a corporate account, they must first delete their existing account and only then they can be added from your organisation's account.
You can also add the same user to your account, but in that case they will have to use a different e-mail address.
