I was logged out while sending a document. Where can I find it?

Your work is safe. Any document process that was started but not yet sent is automatically saved to your account.

How to resume editing your document:

  1. Log back in to your account on the platform.
  2. In the side navigation menu, go to My Documents and select the Drafts folder.
  3. Locate the file on the list and click Edit to complete the setup and send it for signature.

Important: Draft documents are stored in the system for 30 days. After this period, they are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
