Autenti provides trust services on the basis of the Trust Services Provision Policy, which defines the types, rules and conditions for their provision, in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation, as well as the Act of 5 September 2016 on trust services and electronic identification. Autenti is on the list of Unqualified Trust Service Providers kept by the National Bank of Poland at the request of the minister responsible for computerization.
