What does "Access Blocked" mean for a document?

The "Access Blocked" status indicates that the sender has applied extra security to protect your document. To open and view its contents, you need to verify your identity using a single-use SMS code.

How to unlock the document:

  1. Click on the blocked document.
  2. Select Send SMS code.
  3. Enter the code you receive via SMS to access the document.

Not receiving the SMS code?

  • Resend the code: Wait a moment and click Send code again.
  • Incorrect phone number: If you still haven't received the SMS, the sender may have entered an incorrect phone number.
  • Next steps: Contact the sender directly to verify and update your phone number in their records.
