What if the document to be signed contains incorrect data?
If in the process of signing a document, an incorrect phone number, email address or personal data was entered, the sender of the document should withdraw such document and send a new one with correct data.Autenti has no technical or legal ability to interfere with the document data.
We recommend that you contact the sender directly to correct the incorrect data and re-sign the document.
