What should I do when the email with the document for signature has not arrived?

Failure to deliver an email may mean that the sender made a mistake when sending the document and entered an incorrect email address. In such a situation, you should contact the sender and ask them to withdraw the document and send a new one with the correct address.

However, if the address was entered correctly, and still you do not see the message from the system, we suggest verifying that the message did not go to other folders on the email, (by default, the “main/received” folder). Messages can also be assigned to default, or user-created, labels.

If a message does not appear in the main folder, you can speed up its search, for example, by searching by sender noreply@mail.autenti.com or by title (document name).

When using a commercial mailbox, it is a good idea to check mail on your phone as well, if it is configured. Mobile versions of mail often do not have such advanced folders or labels as browser versions, making it easier to find the message you are looking for.
