How to buy a subscription and manage the number of seats to the plan?

Only a user with Super Administrator permissions can purchase a subscription.

What is a seat?

A seat ensures access for one user, who can use paid functionalities of the platform. After purchase, you can assign seats to selected persons in settings in the eSign Studio section.

Purchase instructions:

1. Log in and click "Buy now". Choose the plan you are interested in.
2.  Choose the number of seats. You can buy any number (even more than the current number of users in your organization's account).
3. Choose a model: Annual recurring payment or Monthly recurring payment.
4. Fill in the billing details and a discount code, if you have one.
5. You will be redirected to the Chargebee payment system – verify the data and add a payment card or choose Apple/Google Pay.
6. After a successful transaction, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice.
